Insurance companies pay to treat symptoms. They do not pay for treating
the cause. NAET treats the cause. So it is not a "usual and
customary treatment" for insurance companies to pay. Sometime in the
future, we may be able to convince the insurance companies to pay for the NAET
treatment. Until then, most insurance carriers will pay for treating
symptoms. Most of us visit our doctors with some pain or discomfort
anyway. Check with your employer or your doctor to find out if you are
covered. An insurance policy that covers chiropractic or acupuncture
treatments should pay the appropriate amount according to the policy's
provisions.
